Before you buy

How big is the Almost Heaven Shenandoah?

It measures 84 inches wide, 120 inches long and 89 inches high assembled. Inside, the sauna room is 83 by 72 inches and the changing room is 83 by 48, each with a bench along the wall.

How many people fit in the Shenandoah?

The sauna room seats four on two facing 72-inch benches, and six if people sit close. The changing room is separate and stays cool.

What electrical service does the Shenandoah need?

The standard 8 kW Harvia heater hardwires to a 240V, 40-amp circuit, so budget for an electrician. The interior light plugs into an ordinary 110V, 15-amp outlet. A Harvia M3 wood stove is offered if you would rather skip the circuit.

How is the Shenandoah delivered?

On a flatbed truck with no liftgate, six to eight weeks after ordering. The shipment weighs about 1,750 pounds, so you need three or four people to unload it piece by piece, a rented forklift, or the driver offload service sold at checkout. It arrives as a kit you assemble.
