Who should buy the Solstice 4-Person?
The Solstice 4-Person suits a family of up to four that wants far-infrared heat indoors and can give it a dedicated 240V circuit. Sun Home fits ten far-infrared heaters, tops the cabin out at 140°F and calls the heaters ultra-low EMF without publishing a reading for this model. The L-shaped bench has adjustable backrests.
Two people should look at the Solstice 2-Person, which costs $2,400 less and plugs into a 120V outlet. If you want near- and mid-infrared as well, Sun Home's three-seat Equinox costs $900 less and stays on 120V too.

Outside

Sun Home builds it from kiln-dried eucalyptus with a black finish outside. The cabinet measures 80.9 by 56.1 inches and stands 77.7 inches tall on its feet.
Sun Home put it outside so the cabin can warm up before you get in. The main controls are on the inside wall.
It's 10 feet long and needs a dedicated 240V, 20A outlet (NEMA 6-20), so put that outlet on this side of the room.
Give it a level, dry floor indoors with 4 inches clear on every side and a foot above the roof. It weighs 779 pounds.
