The Clearlight Sanctuary Outdoor 2 Infrared Sauna is an infrared cabin. Its panels warm your body directly while the air holds around 45–60°C (113–140°F), so sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. A traditional sauna heats the air to 80–100°C. Infrared or traditional?
What to know before you buy
Mahogany interior, DriftwoodTec exterior, full-spectrum, 240V plug-in. These decide whether it suits your space and your electrical panel.
- Full-SpectrumA full-spectrum cabin gives you the widest wavelength coverage you can buy, since it adds near and mid infrared to far infrared in one room.
- 240V Plug-InA 240V plug-in model needs its own 240V circuit and a matching outlet, and an electrician installs both. Build roughly $600–$2,500 into your total budget for it.
