Sauna Monthly verdict

4.4/ 5

The three-to-four-person Sunlighten, same strengths and caveats.

The Conquer is essentially the Believe with more footprint — same full-spectrum heaters, same tablet control, same opaque quote-and-promotion pricing — sized for three or four. If you need the room and want Sunlighten's full-spectrum build, it's excellent. If it's just you or a partner, the money is better spent on a smaller cabin or a far-infrared alternative.
