Sunlighten's Sep 2026 spec sheet gives 3,600W on a dedicated 240V/20A circuit with a NEMA 6-20 plug, from eight far-, seven mid- and five near-infrared/red LED panels.

Sauna Monthly verdict
“Sized for three or four, this Sunlighten shares the Believe's strengths and caveats.”
The Conquer puts the Believe's full-spectrum heaters and tablet control into a bigger footprint sized for three or four. It also keeps the Believe's opaque quote-and-promotion pricing. If you need the room and want Sunlighten's full-spectrum build, it's the right buy. For one bather or a couple, we'd spend the money on a smaller cabin or a far-infrared alternative.

The Sunlighten mPulse Conquer is an infrared cabin. Its panels warm your body directly while the air holds around 45–60°C (113–140°F), so sessions run 30 to 45 minutes. A traditional sauna heats the air to 80–100°C. Infrared or traditional?
What to know before you buy
Full-spectrum, 240V plug-in. These decide whether it suits your space and your electrical panel.
- Full-SpectrumA full-spectrum cabin gives you the widest wavelength coverage you can buy, since it adds near and mid infrared to far infrared in one room.
- 240V Plug-InA 240V plug-in model needs its own 240V circuit and a matching outlet, and an electrician installs both. Build roughly $600–$2,500 into your total budget for it.
