Sauna Monthly verdict
“This blanket brings heat therapy to renters and stows under a bed afterward.”
HigherDOSE says its blanket reaches 175°F with low-EMF heating and non-toxic materials. It costs a tenth of a cabin and folds away after use. Löyly and 90°C air need a hot room, and the blanket still delivers a sweat-soaked heat dose several times a week. In the cohort studies, the benefit rose with how often people bathed. It's our pick for a renter's first heat setup.
